Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
The short version
There are no accounts, logins, newsletters, advertisements, or tracking cookies. The archive does not sell, rent, or share visitor profiles, and it does not follow visitors across other sites.
What may be processed
Aggregate usage measurement. Court Daemon may count page views using first-party, cookie-free telemetry. That can include the page, referring page, browser/device class, and approximate location supplied by the network. It does not assign a persistent visitor identifier.
Server logs. Cloudflare processes ordinary request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare's privacy terms govern that processing.
Reports you submit. The issue form sends the text you enter, the selected report type, an optional name, and the page URL to Court Daemon. Do not include sensitive personal information. Reports are retained only as long as useful for responding and correcting the archive.
Third-party video and sources
Courtroom video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Google receives a request when you choose to play video. Links to courts, dockets, filings, and reporting leave this site and are governed by the destination's own policy.
Your requests
Email contact@courtdaemon.com with privacy questions or a request involving information about you. Archive correction and removal requests are handled under theTerms of Use.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
