The Alex Murdaugh Case Archive is a searchable edition of the 2023 South Carolina murder-trial record. The archive covers January 23 through March 3, 2023: 29 trial days, 347 proceedings, and 65,803 transcript lines.

The South Carolina Supreme Court ordered a new trial in May 2026. The site also tracks the retrial schedule, venue, major rulings, and source documents.

Transcript text comes from the court-reporter-certified trial transcript filed in the South Carolina Supreme Court's Record on Appeal in State v. Richard Alexander Murdaugh, Appellate Case No. 2023-000392. The trial transcript spans Record on Appeal Volumes III through XV.
